$1,000 CHEF RENE B MOD TRIPLE CROWN ROUND II SET FOR EAGLE RIVER SPEEDWAY JULY 12

(EAGLE RIVER, WI) – Round II of the Chef Rene B Mod Triple Crown presented by Red’s Auto & Hartman’s Well Drilling takes place at Eagle River Speedway Tuesday, July 12.

The winner of the feature race will pocket $1,000 and the feature race pays $125 to start.

During the Triple Crown’s first event June 21 hometown ace Jason Zdroik scored the opening series victory. Of the ten modifieds in attendance six drivers’ cars were IMCA northern sportmod legal, three other machines followed the WISSOTA Midwest Modified banner while one machine followed the USRA B modified rulebook.

Pit pass prices are $30 and there is NO draw or entry fee. The draw cutoff for drivers is 7 p.m. Eagle River Speedway is a now a member of MyRacePass and drivers can pre-register on the popular racing app. A draw/redraw format will be used.

Tires allowed for this three-race series are the Hoosier G 60 and USRA American Racer G 60. The other triple crown series date is Tuesday August 9.

A full show of ERS late models, stock cars, street stocks, 300 and 600 sprints are also on tap.

Fans and drivers are encouraged to check the track’s Facebook page as well as the track’s website eagleriverspeedway.com. Drivers with questions can call (715) 891 1870. The first green flag flies at 7:30 p.m.
