The “Red Rocket” J.J. Vander Loop picked up his first career super late model win Wisconsin International Raceway in Kaukauna last week Thursday. Vander Loop remains a busy wheelman on both tar and dirt. He is also a top flight competitor in an IMCA northern sportmod in the local dirt track circles.
He’s also a quiet, humble, and very unassuming young man. Vander Loop has a bright future ahead of him. Whether or not he decides to stick with one racing surface or another remains to be seen. Look for big things ahead for Vander Loop down the road.
PAVEMENT PONDERINGS – The TUNDRA super late model series has been snake bitten once again by Mother Nature. Last Saturday’s Badger State 100 was canceled the day prior due to projected storms.
