Appleton, Wisconsin’s Randy ‘Bing Bong’ Boegh made racing history in 1984 when he won the first ever IMCA modified feature in northeast Wisconsin. The win came at Seymour Speedway’s half-mile. Listen in as ‘Bing Bong’ talks about wheeling a modified on dirt – something that was totally foreign back in the early ’80s.
