MOTORSPORTS AUTHOR VERDEGAN TO HOST ‘RACING IN THE 906’ BOOK SIGNING AT ESCANABA SPEEDWAY JUNE 2

(DUNBAR, WI) – Motorsports author Joe Verdegan has scheduled a book signing featuring his ‘Racing In The 906’ book at Escanaba Speedway in Escanaba, Michigan Sunday, June 2.
The 2019 release covers the expansive stock car racing history in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, in particular multiple stars from the Escanaba area racing scene dating back to the 1960’s. “When we released ‘Racing In The 906’ in December, 2019 we tried scheduling a signing at the Escanaba track in 2020 and just weren’t able to make something work between rainouts and scheduling conflicts,” Verdegan said. “Now years later we’re happy to host a signing in Escanaba for the race fans.”
The signing will take place underneath the grandstand from 3:00 p.m. to 5 p.m. EST prior to the racing action, which gets underway at 5 p.m.
Verdegan and Jeff Pederson of Pedal Down Promotions have teamed up to produce four of Verdegan’s seven books – including the 2020 Amazon No. 1 best-selling book “The Reformatory – Tales From Green Bay’s maximum-security prison.” All of Verdegan’s seven titles will be on sale on June 2.
