JOEVERDEGAN.COM COUNTS DOWN TOP TEN STORIES FROM 2023
(Countdown begins Sunday November 26)
(Dunbar, WI) – The racing news and history website joeverdegan.com will begin its annual countdown of the top ten most popular viewed and/or listened to stories from 2023.
During the past 12 months nearly 220 different stories were viewed or listened to by nearly 100,000 different website visitors from November, 2022 through November, 2023.
Beginning Sunday, November 26 we’ll share those top ten stories. We’ll share these stories on Facebook with one story per day with the number one story from 2023 being revealed on Tuesday, December 5.
The stories can fall under different categories. ‘The Scoop’ segment features current driver, track and series profiles.
‘On The Record’ segments presented by Muenster Service Center in Green Bay are audio podcast interviews with past driver and promoters.
‘The Vault’ segments often contain articles, racing recaps and columns from yesteryear.
ABOUT JOE VERDEGAN – The Green Bay native has authored seven books, including the 202o Amazon No. 1 best-seller “The Reformatory – Tales From Green Bay’s maximum-security prison.” The book chronicled Verdegan’s nearly 27 years working the front lines of the dangerous penitentiary which housed the most violent of offenders.
Currently, Verdegan is working on his 8th book titled “The Monfils 6 Case – 30 Years Later.” The book will take a look back at the 1992 Green Bay paper mill death of Tom Monfils and the six men who were convicted of his death in 1995.
