IMCA STOCK CARS SCRAP FOR $750-TO-WIN, $125-TO-START SPECIAL AT EAGLE RIVER SPEEDWAY JULY 7

(EAGLE RIVER, WI) JULY 2– The class dubbed “Too-Tough-To-Tame” will scrap for a ‘meatier-in-the-middle’ payday in a $750-to-win event for IMCA stock cars at Eagle River Speedway Tuesday, July 7.
The special event, sponsored by Forest County Potawatomi Casino in Carter, Wisconsin, will feature a draw/redraw format. The division will battle in a $750-to-win the feature race and $125-to-start. Unlike past year’s special events at the third-mile, clay oval, the pay will be a bit more from spots 2nd through 7th, where often a lot of real racing takes place on any give night.
The complete payout: 1) 750, 2) 600 3) 500 4) 400 5) 300 6) 250 7) 200 8) 150 9th through 22nd 125
Non-qualifiers will receive $75. Pit passes are $30. There is NO draw fee.
So far in 2026, a trio of drivers in the division have earned feature flags here – hometown driver Dustin White and Pulaski’s “Hot Rod” Snellenberger have each nabbed a pair of feature wins in the ’26 campaign. Wausau’s Mitch Stankowski scored the opening night victory in the class. 22 different drivers from Wisconsin and Upper Michigan have earned points in the Superior Plumbing-sponsored class after week five.
The pit area opens at 4:30 p.m., with spectator gates opening at 5:30 p.m. The draw cutoff is 6:30. Drivers are encourage to preregister for this event on MyRacePass. The first green flag flies at 7 p.m.
A full program is on tap, with other divisions competing including USRA late models, B modifieds, street stocks, pure stocks, 300 and 600 micro sprints.
