GSR KARTWAY WRAPS UP 2025 POINTS SEASON

(CLINTONVILLE, WI)  Aug. 27 – And just like that, the regular season is over.  Eighty four competitors showed up for the final point night of the 2025 racing season.

For some drivers it was a chance to lock up a point championship.  For others it was one more shot at a heat or feature win.  For others it was an opportunity for additional seat time to help them out down the road.

The official point tallies will be released in the coming days as some drivers may have the opportunity to “throw out” events.

Feature action started off with Kiddie Kart racer Blake Scheurer winning his first career feature event at the track.  Kennedy Moore backed up her first career win a week ago in the Rookie Box Stock class by scoring another feature win with a daring pass over Brycen Kelly.

Lauren Bongers hustled to her first Box Stock win of the year.  Second generation racer Kaleb Moeller secured another win in the R Box Wing class.  Evan Harris was dominant en route to his second Racing for Education feature.  Bert Lauer continued to impress in Junior Two action with his second win of the year.  Samuel Bickley was impressive in winning his third feature in the Junior Three class.

Devon Dorn remained dominant in winning his second Sportsman feature.  Brandon Brempel ended his year on a high note with his first feature win in the Senior class.  Andy Mares was too tough to beat in Outlaw Mower action with win number three.

Though point season is done the track will host its annual fall special event, the Badger 50, on September 27th.  More information can be found online at gsrkartway.com or on the track’s Facebook page.
