CLASS ‘TOO TOUGH TO TAME’ TO BE SPOTLIGHTED IN EAGLE RIVER SPEEDWAY’S NORTHWOODS STOCK CAR SHOOTOUT JULY 27

($1,500 UP FOR GRABS AT THIRD-MILE CLAY OVAL)

(EAGLE RIVER, WI) – The popular division dubbed ‘Too Tough To Tame’ will battle for a $1,500 top prize at the inaugural Northwoods Stock Car Shootout Tuesday, July 27 at Eagle River Speedway.

The Eagle River stock car division is expected to draw a number of drivers from northeast Wisconsin to the mid-week venue. Second and third places will dole out $750 and $500, respectively in the 20-lap feature race.

The division’s defending track champion is Pulaski’s ‘Hot Rod’ Snellenberger. Snellenberger has won five features at the track – losing only one night to hometown driver David Blackberg in 2021.

A full show of B Modifieds, street stocks, 300 and 600 sprints is also on tap.

The draw cutoff for drivers is 6:45 p.m. Hot laps are set for 7:15 p.m. with the first green flag flying at 7:30 p.m.
