WISCONSIN’S ALL-TIME IMCA SPORT COMPACT FEATURE WINNERS

The four-cylinder division has worn many names, and has been around the dirt track scene of northeastern Wisconsin for a few decades now.

However, it was only in recent years that the division has run under the sport compact sanctioning with IMCA. Track’s that currently sanction the four-cylinder division include 141 Speedway in Francis Creek, Outagamie Speedway in Seymour and Luxy Raceway in Luxemburg.

In terms of all-time winners under the IMCA banner, Chilton’s Shaun Bangart leads the way with 19 total victories. Pulaski’s Matthew Brehmer ranks second with 13 wins, and Chilton’s Mitch Meier sits 3rd at 11 feature wins.

Some drivers in this division still compete regularly, while some have bumped up to other divisions, and some others have hung up their helmets.

A big thanks go out to IMCA’s Ben Deatherage for his assistance in keeping up with these numbers.
