$5K PAYDAY AWAITS LATE MODEL WINNER OF OUTAGAMIE SPEEDWAY’S WAYNE ROFFERS MEMORIAL JULY 10
(SEYMOUR, WI) June 21 – A hefty $5,000 payday is on the line for the 1st ever Wayne Roffers Memorial race winner for late models at Outagamie Speedway in Seymour July 10.
The event honors the former racer and longtime supporter of racing in Seymour – who passed away in December, 2025. “Dad really loved the late model division, and our goal is to fill the pit area and stands for this big race in his honor,” said Chad Roffers, the eldest son of Wayne and Debbie Roffers. “We really hope the late model community comes out and supports this big race on July 10.”
The Roffers family homestead is a mere minutes away from the track in nearby Oneida, Wisconsin.
The rules package will be exactly the same package that Outagamie employs when the late models make their semi-weekly appearances at the third-mile, clay oval located at the Outagamie County Fairgrounds.
Chad Roffers Trucking is among the sponsors of this event. Track sponsors for Outagamie Speedway include Klink Equipment, Holtger Brothers Inc. (HBI), and Elite Coatings. Other sponsors are expected to jump on board for this big event in the coming days.
A full program is on tap for that evening, including action in the IMCA modified, stock car, northern sportmod, sport compact and dirt unified street stocks. The pit area opens at 4 p.m. with the grandstands and concession area open for business at 5 p.m. The first green flag is set to fly at 6:30 p.m.
