BONGERS & BAIERL CONTINUE WINNING WAYS AT GSR KARTWAY (submitted by Scott J. Owen)
(CLINTONVILLE, WI) Aug. 20 – Bennett Bongers (Junior Two) and Cole Baierl (Box Stock) continued their winning ways this summer as Bongers notched win number seven and Baierl scored win number six on the year.
Rookie Box stock racer Kennedy Moore raced to her first career win in only her third night behind the wheel. Veteran Wyatt Blashe got his first win of the year in the Senior division as well. While Racing For Education pilot, Greyson McKeever won his first feature of the year too.
Samuel Bickley outduelled his Junior Three foes for win number two. Making their way to victory lane for the third time this year were Kiddie Karter Kendall Anderson, Sportsman standout Jesse Heerey, and Outlaw Mower master Dustin Wudstrack.
The regular season of racing concludes next Wednesday night August 27th. The track will also host its annual fall special event, the Badger 50, on September 27th. More information can be found online at gsrkartway.com or on the track’s Facebook page
