Green Bay’s Art “Slugger” Siefert has been one of the colorful characters on the local racing scene for decades. Although he hasn’t climbed behind the wheel himself in a while or flagged a race, we caught up with “Party Hearty With Artie” recently and the Shawano Speedway sportsman champion shared his thoughts on his racing career and that of his son late model ace Jared Siefert.
